The order process

Here follows a brief description of the order process.

1. Order at DAVEART.com

You place your order here on the DAVEART website. Do it as soon as possible, since the paintings are done in turn. At this point of time you don't need to know what painting you want to have, David Gunnarsson will contact you later to discuss the design. When you order you will get an Order Confirmation to your e-mail.

2. Send your mask or buy mask through DAVEART

When you place your order you choose whether you already have a mask that you will send to DAVEART, or if you want to buy also the mask by DAVEART. Most clients choose to buy the mask through DAVEART. It's convenient and cheaper and you also get a DAVEART Pro MaskBag at no extra cost!

If you stay in Sweden, Europe or Russia and want to send your mask to DAVEART send it to DAVEART's studio in Sweden. If you stay in USA or Canada send your mask to DAVEART's office in USA and we will take care of the rest of the shipping to DAVEART's painting studio.

3. Design discussion

David Gunnarsson takes contact with you when the design work and painting is about to start, to carefully discuss the design. If wanted David can make a sketch to illustrate the design before it's painted. The budget is decided by the customer by choosing the appropiate Mask Design Package.

4. Painting ready for delivery

The actual painting process takes about two weeks. The finished mask is delivered home to you, or you can come pick it up if you want to.
