Phoenix - Kristen Gresko, University Of Southern Maine Huskies, 2008-2009
The story
Kristen had a vision of how she wanted a design with the bird Phoenix, which according to the legend rose from the ashes with full strength. A different but brilliant idea, David thought, and eagerly took on the challenge.
With blue metallic glittering tint as base, Phoenix rises in the flames, just like in the legend. The mask's arched shape is used to the max to reinforce the effect of the design. It's flaming all the way around the bird, in same time as lightning dangerously play all over the design.
Towards the chin the blue tints flame over to silver glitter and acts as baclground for Kristen's number.
Lots of metallic gives a new dimension in depth and DAVEART Holographix FX makes this design highly unique, with the golden cage as the final touch...
